Chocolate topping for icecream

Some  popular chocolate toppings  that sets on icecream contains 153 (Carbon Black) which is a known carcinogean. It is banned in the U.S.A but it is still on our supermarket shelves here in Australia.

Here is safe indulgent alternative: 1C sugar, 6Tb cocoa, 1 tspn. vanilla, 6 Tb water, 2 tspn. butter. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on a gentle heat. Simmer 4 mins. Remove from heat and gradually stir in half a cup of cream. Allow to cool. Bottle in glass. May be stored in the refrigerator until required. Delicious!
