How MSG is disguised in our food

Many consumers know that the number 621 stands for MSG. However, fewer realize that food manufacturers are using other non-regulated ingredients that contain MSG, but aren't pure MSG, to avoid having to list MSG on their labels.
Here is a list of additives that always contain MSG: (extract from 'Excitotoxins: the Taste that Kills', Dr. R. Blaylock M.D.)
Autolyzed yeast                                                    Monopotassium glutamate
Calcium caseinate                                                 Monosodium glutamate
Glutamate                                                             Potassium glutamate
Hydrolyzed corn gluten                                         Sodium caseinate
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein                                Textured protein
Hydrolyzed protein                                               Yeast extract
Hydrolyzed (anything else!)                                   Yeast nutrient
