Ayam Coconut Milk Powder

Ayam Coconut Milk Powder: The packet contains 3 sachets of air dried coconut powder and with only three (3) ingredients listed on the label it certainly seems to meet 1 major criteria of only a few ingredients. Coconut milk solids are 94% but the next ingredient is Maltodextrin ( a form of MSG) and the last is Milk Protein. Maltodextrin does enhance the flavour of the milk & all forms of MSG are linked to hyperactivity, depression, mood changes, sleeplessness, nausea or migraine. Asthmatics would be wise to avoid this additive. Why can't they just leave this additive out?
