"LOW FAT'

'Nutrition experts'  and advertisements often boast of the quality of breakfast cereals, saying that they are of higher quality now than they were several years ago when fat content was much higher. However, what is not taken into account is that when food processors remove fat from a food, they put sugar in its place- and market it as 'Low Fat!' thus promoting the idea that low fat equates to healthy. It never does.
